Our core patch is Milton Keynes itself — the grid, the estates, the older villages absorbed into the city and the newer development on the eastern and western flanks.
Around that we cover everything within roughly twelve miles of the centre: Bletchley, Wolverton, Stony Stratford, Newport Pagnell, Woburn Sands, Olney, Winslow, Leighton Buzzard, Towcester, Ampthill and the villages in between.
Keeping to that radius is deliberate. It means we can get to you quickly if anything ever needs looking at, and it keeps our crews on site rather than sat in traffic.

What actually affects the price
Distance barely moves the cost of a decent-sized job. What does move it is access: whether a grab lorry can get to the front, whether there is side access to the rear garden, and whether materials can be delivered or have to be barrowed.
A narrow terrace with a 700mm side gate is a more expensive garden to build than a detached house twenty miles further out with a double gate. We look at that on the visit and price it honestly rather than discovering it on day one.
