A garden room is only as good as what it stands on. Most of the problems we get called to are a base that has moved, water sitting against the bottom of a wall, or a power supply that was never done properly.
That part is exactly what we do. We will build the base and drainage, arrange the power with a registered electrician, and either install the building you have bought or build it for you.
We will also tell you where you stand on permitted development and building regulations before you order anything, because the rules change with size and how close it sits to a boundary.
